Cancellation terms are confirmed with your final trip quotation before booking.
Before you confirm
SkyWay provides transparent and upfront cancellation windows for outstation cabs and multi-day tour packages. Cancellations requested 24 hours prior to outstation departure are eligible for a 100% refund of advance deposits.
Weather & Mountain Road Closures
In the event of unforeseen landslides or severe weather closures in Uttarakhand (e.g. Kedarnath / Badrinath routes), SkyWay will either reschedule your travel dates or arrange alternative safe routes with zero cancellation penalty fees.
